Refund policy
We want you and your little one to love every purchase from Kiddiependence. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Your Right to Return
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
How to Start a Return
Email us at kiddiependence@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we'll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty please email us at kiddiependence@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made items (name prints, personalised tote bags etc.) unless faulty
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items not in their original condition
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty or damaged — we cover return postage
- If you've changed your mind — return postage is the buyer's responsibility
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
